About Us

Deavoll Construction is a family owned business in Queenstown that specialises in creating high quality bespoke buildings. Sam Deavoll is a Registered Master Builder and LPB who has built up a wealth of experience over the last 16 years in construction. Hana Deavoll takes care of business administration and project management. 

Together we have built some amazing buildings in Queenstown that we are proud of. Currently we are working on our own dream house - a rammed earth home designed by Assembly Architects. As such, we are now only available for short term small labour only contracts such as cladding, roofing, foundations and earthworks. We have an additional qualified builder, Rory Sullivan, that can join Sam on projects too. Give Sam a call if you require someone highly experienced to get small contracts done!
